Yuji Ishida is an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee of the Company, bringing nearly two decades of experience in public company auditing, accounting, and financial advisory services across Japan and the United States. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan and has extensive expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-border regulatory compliance.
Mr. Ishida is the President of IAIC, Inc. and Representative Partner of IAIC Tax Co., which he founded in 2020 following a distinguished career at KPMG Japan (KPMG AZSA LLC). During his tenure at KPMG, he served multinational clients listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, with a focus on complex audits, consolidated financial reporting, and internal control frameworks. He completed international assignments in the United States, providing audit and advisory services to Japanese companies operating in the Midwest and Texas.
In addition to leading IAIC, Mr. Ishida serves as an Audit Partner at Mikasa & Co., a Tokyo-based audit firm, and as a Statutory Auditor of Quantinuum K.K., a group company of Honeywell. His professional experience includes more than eight years as an audit manager at KPMG Japan and US, where he led audit engagements for global automotive and technology companies and managed U.S. audit components for Japan-listed multinationals.
