Gan Yong Sheng is an Independent Director and Audit Committee member of the Company, bringing more than nine years of experience in corporate operations, international trade, and strategic management across Southeast Asia and China. He has held senior leadership roles in both Malaysia and China, with a track record of operational oversight, market expansion, and cross-border business execution.
Mr. Gan currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Xiangxibo Information Technology Co., Ltd., where he oversees market expansion initiatives, end-to-end project operations, and contributes to senior management decision-making and strategic planning. In this role, he has led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance processes, and enhance brand visibility in competitive regional markets.
Previously, Mr. Gan was Business Department Manager at Heng Xin Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Penang, Malaysia, where he directed regional trading operations across Southeast Asia. He built and managed a multi-country sales organization, achieved consistent revenue growth, strengthened supplier relationships across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, and implemented procurement and cost-optimization strategies that materially improved margins.
